As the day trickles into night, we will be opening the portal to our friends and family for a two hour sound meditation February 26th, at 1 Hotel West Hollywood in the Fairfax Room.

About the event
The 1 Hotel will be providing yoga mats, water, towels and parking validation for our guests. We advise everyone to bring an open mind, pillow, eye mask, and blanket to experience your meditation in the most comfortable way possible.
Schedule
3:00pm - Doors open for preparation, giving you time to find your space and get comfortale
3:30pm - Sound meditation begins
5:30pm - The journey through sound comes to an end. We will open the room to shares about the experience. We suggest to bring some light snacks to enjoy while we discuss our journey.
