1 on 1 Sound Meditation
2 Hours | Private Facilities
Awaken your heart with a specially crafted one on one sound meditation. In the comfort of your home we will provide a soundscape for you to become one with sound. We will craft the journey  to be more personalized,  providing a  guided meditation with a soundscape that can help you find clarity and stillness. Before the session we will talk about intention, what it is you are seeking and ways to help ground you in your journey. After the session we will talk about ways to tap back into the depths of your concealed wisdom, spiritual growth and innate potential as you embrace the game of life.

What to expect:

Step 1

We come to you with our instruments, including an intro to sound meditation with tips on how to benefit the most from the sound.

Step 2

Breathwork to stimulate the nervous system and clear out any stagnant energy.

A sequence of overtonal instruments including but not limited to Buffalo drum, Koshi Chimes, Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, etc

​

Step 3

At the end of your journey we will take some time to reflect and integrate what was downloaded during the experience into your daily life.

Group Meditation
2 Hours | Mystic Harmonies Studio in Laurel Canyon

Dive into the power of sound. Session includes an intro to sound meditation, intention setting for the journey, a short breathwork to help you ground and connect with your own energy, Then the Sound Bath starts while lying down comfortably, and at the end, a time to reflect + integrate the experience.

What to expect:
Step 1
You will enter the sound bath facility and be greeted with our instruments. 
You and the rest of the group will receive an intro to sound meditation with tips on how to benefit the most from the sound.

Step 2
We begin with breath work to stimulate the nervous system and clear out any stagnant energy. A sequence of over tonal instruments including but not limited to Buffalo drum, Koshi Chimes, Gong, Tibetan singing bowls, etc.

Step 3
At the end of your journey, you may leave the facility in your newfound tranquil state or remain in the room to ask questions and chat with the sound facilitator. Please respect everyone's privacy and energy as you leave the room.
