Experience our sound meditation at the newly opened Veritas Yoga Studio in Malibu, CA. Nestled in the foothills within walking distance of the sea, explore the depths of the subconscious through the power of sound.
Event Schedule:
5:00pm - 5:30pm: Arrival & Settling In
5:30pm - 6:30pm: Sound Meditation
6:30pm - 7:00pm: Integration
Please arrive at 5:00pm to build your nest and settle before the meditation begins at 5:30pm.
We encourage you to set a personal intention for this meditation, and recommend preparing by eating healthy, staying hydrated, and nourishing your body. Be mindful of your thoughts and practice discernment, focusing on elements that foster personal growth and abundance.
What To Bring:
- Yoga mat and/or padding to lie on (comforter)
- Pillow
- Blanket to stay warm and cozy
- Eye mask for enhanced focus
- Water bottle
- An open heart and an open mind
